Michael Robinson

Michael has extensive experience in strategic finance, operations, and investment management, spanning enterprise AI SaaS, venture capital, and investment banking. As COO of SWARM Engineering, he oversees Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT/Security, and Corporate Development, strengthening financial infrastructure and optimizing business efficiencies. Previously, he was Vice President at S2G Investments, where he managed over 70 investments totaling $155M and helped scale AUM from $300M to $1.5B. He also worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and held roles at KPMG and AbbVie. Michael holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has passed all four CPA exams.
