This has been an exciting year for SWARM, here are some highlights:
Get the SWARM Challenge Modeler - Today!
It's been a delight to finally announce general availability of the SWARM Challenge Modeler, and access to the personal edition is free to all. This tool lets business users easily define and publish their biggest issues, in a standard and repeatable way. It also links directly to our SWARM Solution Engine, for rapid delivery of SaaS solutions. We would encourage you to give it a try here!
In The News
Earlier in the year, we launched our podcast, The Buzz @SWARM. We’ve been informed and entertained by brilliant minds, such as Claudia Roessler of Microsoft, Aaron Magenheim, Professor Chris Watkins, and John Strackhouse.
There has been a deluge of humbling stories and articles, as the press have picked up on the unique aspects of SWARM’s approach. We were featured on the cover of The Silicon Review in their 20 Amazing Startups of 2022 edition, and also on the cover of Enterprise World as the Most Recommended Food Supply Chain Company of 2022. We finished the year with our CEO receiving an award as one of the 10 Most Innovative Business Leaders to Follow in 2022. Here are a few other articles featuring SWARM that you may have missed:

Those were the highlights but in the background we were busy shaking the bushes at several conferences – including Animal Agtech and World Agritech in San Francisco and Sao Paulo. We also published a video series on how SWARM gives your organization Super Powers!
Updates
Team - we added four new full-time-employees in 2022, including our new COO Erin Lewis, with two more sales resources scheduled to start in January
Funding - secured over $4M in additional funding, giving us ample runway, and the ability to accelerate our growth plans
Customers - closed our first LatAm deal, to optimize labor and transportation for a major fruit producer, and began our first European projects. Our most established North American customer renewed their annual subscription and expanded their usage to cover additional optimizations
R&D - we continue to push forward on cutting edge AI research with our partners, building on the relationship with VirginiaTech that was announced in 2021
