Luiz Dias

Luiz Dias has more than 20 years of experience in product leadership, enterprise technology, and agricultural supply chains. As Head of Product at SWARM Engineering, he leads product strategy driving the vision for intelligent systems that help organizations optimize complex operational decisions. Previously, he held leadership roles at Apeel Sciences, EssilorLuxottica, Oakley, and Sony Electronics, where he led the development and commercialization of innovative technology products across global markets. Luiz holds an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from PUC-Rio.
