AVA is a digital agent that knows how to discover, define, and solve agrifood challenges. She uses OpenAI ChatGPT to interact with users, and can access the full capability of the SWARM platform to deliver working AI SaaS solutions to problems such as allocation, network optimization, or labor and logistic planning.
For example, AVA can hold a conversation with an executive to help discover and prioritize the key challenges in their area of the business, offering suggestions on potential issues based on her knowledge of companies in the same industry sector. If the executive already knows the key challenge they wish to resolve, AVA can interview multiple team members and generate a clear report defining the problem.
AVA accelerates the way you solve challenges, while capturing corporate and tribal knowledge, which she can use to offer insights and improvements for your organization. AVA is the future, here now.

Meaningful Conversations
Every time AVA interacts with a person in your organization, she understands their role; their preferences (such as language - she can speak multiple languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, as well as English); and the purpose of the meeting. Perhaps the goal is to define the details of a challenge such as production planning for the protein division, or maybe AVA is talking with an IT expert to gather data for a pilot project and wants to discuss the schema and source data requirements. In every case, her language and approach will be modified appropriately. Under the covers, we use an AVA Prompt Engine that instructs ChatGPT on how to perform the interaction, which set of questions to use, how to handle exceptions, and what to do with the results of the discussion. That means you get high quality conversations, rather than meandering chat sessions.
