A powerful open platform, that manages and runs a curated library of algorithms as a SaaS. Based on multi-agent technology, the engine can be easily scaled up to support the most complex enterprise challenges, while providing single-sign-on access, and secure enterprise-class features.
Data integration
Client data is pulled or pushed into schema associated with the specific solution using a custom data pipeline or by simply uploading data from common software applications and platforms, including ERP and supply chain systems, through to spreadsheets and BI tools.
Multi-agent system
Software agents are used to represent each asset in a process, such as a truck, a shipping container, or a crane. The agents can compete or collaborate as required to help your organization cope with highly dynamic or disruptive environments and to solve different styles of challenges.
Powerful algorithms
Our library of optimization, operational research, AI and machine learning algorithms can be deployed against different problems and tested against each other for effectiveness, to ensure they perform in the top percentile and keep processes moving. We make use of algorithms from open source, Google OR, Microsoft, Gurobi, and can also use customer-proprietary code. We tailor the algorithms to meet the specific challenge we need to meet, and can source new algorithms for unique challenges.
Explainable AI
We understand there are concerns about ethics and bias in opaque AI algorithms, and that an enterprise needs to be able to show how decisions were made - AI cannot be a black box. That’s why we provide Solution Definition reports, which explain how the algorithm in use makes its choices, providing transparency and trust in the process for all stakeholders.
